Proposed expansions will increase the size of the centre from 72,000 square meters to 120,000 sq m and is expected to be completed in 2019.

The new development will include more department stores, more supermarkets, international retailers and flagship stores, another discount department store and a new cinema complex.

The proposed projects will create 5000 construction roles and more than 5000 retail jobs once completed.
